Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

We offer local delivery during our scheduled delivery hours. Same-day orders must be placed before our daily cutoff time and are subject to availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume. Please ensure the recipient’s address and contact information are correct. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location when possible or contact the customer for further instructions. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery or address changes.
